You can book a trip directly on our website, through our mobile app, or by contacting our customer support team. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice.

Yes! We specialize in personalized travel experiences. You can customize destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities according to your preferences and budget.

🔹 3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallet payments. EMI options are also available on select bookings.

🔹 4. What is your cancellation policy?

🔹 5. Will I get a full refund if I cancel?

Refunds depend on how many days before departure you cancel and whether the booking includes non-refundable components. Please check the cancellation policy before confirming your booking.

Yes, we offer visa assistance for most international destinations. However, approval is subject to the embassy’s decision, and additional documentation may be required.

Travel insurance is not included by default but can be added to your package on request. We highly recommend it for international trips.

All travel documents (including tickets, hotel vouchers, and itinerary) will be emailed to you at least 3–7 days before departure. You can also access them in your Inguz Travel account.

Yes, you can request date changes. However, it is subject to availability and change fees may apply as per vendor policies.
