Inguz Travel – Cancellation Policy

At Inguz Travel, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, while ensuring smooth coordination with our partners.

General Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to: support@inguztravel.com

  • The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written request.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.


📅 Cancellation Charges

Time Before Travel Start Date Cancellation Fee
More than 30 days 10% of total booking amount
15 – 30 days 25% of total booking amount
7 – 14 days 50% of total booking amount
Less than 7 days 100% (No refund)

 


🏨 Special Cases

  • Non-refundable bookings (e.g., airline tickets, special promotions, or peak-season deals) are subject to 100% cancellation charges.

  • For group bookings or corporate packages, specific terms will be mentioned at the time of booking.


🔁 Modification & Rescheduling

  • Modifications (e.g., change of date or destination) are allowed subject to availability and partner terms.

  • A nominal change fee and any difference in fare or rate will apply.


⚠️ Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemic-related restrictions, we will strive to offer the most flexible resolution in line with vendor policies.
